You can dye two cottom handkerchiefs using natural plant dyes in simple or complex patterns.

Raku pottery

Decorate an unglazed Japanese teacup, mug, ashtray or car and then fire it in the kiln.

Buckwheat noodle making

An experienced professional teacher will show you how to make Buckwheat noodles for 3 people using the local buckwheat flour.

  • Pottery will be sent to you after the second firing. (40-60 days after the lesson)
  • You can take the Plant dyeing and Raku pottery items home on the day.
  • Please note that we may not be able to provide particular lessons if the teacher is unavailable at short notice.
  • You can taste your own buckwheat noodles.
