Advance booking dates

• Spring and autumn: Three months prior to your check-in
• Summer(July to September): From May 1
• Winter(December to March): From October 1
• Golden Week holidays: From March 1

Cancellation and reduction of the number of people.

Processing fee 1,000 yen and the following cancelation fee will be applied.

• 30-8 days prior to the check-in date: 20%
• 7-2 days prior to the check-in date: 30%
• The day prior to the check-in date: 40%
• On the day and no show: 100%

Reservation changes

For changes to reservation date and room type 500 yen will be charged.

If number of guests has decreased, you may not be entitled to a refund.

Check-in

15:00-18:00 at the front desk.

Please inform us in advance if you intend to check in after 17:30pm (including late night) or are sending your baggage by courier.

Check-out

10:00 (11:00 for seasons C and D, from April to June and from September to November)

Free shuttle bus is available for Hakuba Station, the skiing areas and shopping district from 8:30 to 17:30.
